Documents we supply
- Commercial invoice and packing list, with roll level detail
- Certification of origin under the US-Colombia TPA, completed by Valle Kraft or the producing mill. Where another agreement requires validated proof of origin, DIAN validates it
- Lot test certificate for the shipped lot, issued by the producing mill
- Insurance certificate on CIF shipments, Institute Cargo Clauses (C)
Claims
Notify us with roll lot numbers and photographs. The producing mill tests the claim against its retained samples from the lot.
