Machine glazed (MG) unbleached kraft paper
Glazed on one side against a Yankee cylinder and left unbleached. For wrapping, bags and interleaving, with a smooth face that takes print.
At the mill
The Yankee holds the sheet at full width, so cross-direction stretch stays low unless the dryer section lets the web shrink as it dries. A lower Cobb target takes heavier internal sizing or a size press, and not every MG machine has one.
