Whichever machine ends up running your paper, Valle Kraft is the seller of record. Your quotation, contract and invoice all come from us, and so does the person who answers when something needs resolving. If you prefer email, write to us with your specification and we will pick it up from there. Commercial and technical discussion in English or Spanish, with no translation layer in between.

What happens next

We match it to a qualified machine. If nothing in the program makes your sheet properly, we say so instead of sending the nearest thing.
Indicative offer with price, Incoterm, lead time and minimum run.
A trial container so you can run it on your own line before committing. Trials are part of the process.
Allocation against a monthly or quarterly deckle plan once the trial passes.

Mill visits are welcome and encouraged, at our own machine near Cali or, once your grade is agreed, at the qualified machine that will run it. Give us a week's notice and we will arrange access and transport from Cali.
